Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior and exterior alterations to provide improvements for existing Recycling Depot (vacant space) at 110 E 69th Av for Recycling Depot (vacant space) in this existing industrial building. Exterior alterations are limited to repair roof and replace new metal cladding and overhead doors at the rear of this building. Scope of work includes surface parking layout changes. New metal cladding to match existing in colour and material. Separate permit will be required for future tenant improvements in this vacant space. Building Data Sheet 2. Geotechnical Report and Schedule B (Geotechnical) for this soil liquefaction site 3. Drain tile. Separate permit will be required for drain tile. Otherwise, Geotechnical Engineer Letter will be required for new footing with no drain tile as per Phil White, December 23, 2016.
