Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #240 To alter the interior of the 2nd floor this existing industrial building to combine units #230 and #240 into a single unit, retaining #240, to change the use(s) from Wholesale/Manufacturing (group F2) to Production Studio (post-production sound studio, group F2), and to provide tenant improvements. Scope of work: - Demo existing doors, frames, glazing, partitions millwork, plumbing fixtures and electrical. - New interior walls & doors, millwork, lighting, plumbing fixtures and sprinklers. No DP required for the outright change of use as per A.Patterson, Aug 17/22. OK for field review as per A.Patterson, Aug 17/22. Energy upgrade: E2 Note: Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant’s responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage.
