Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #2400 - 24th floor Interior alterations to provide improvements for a full floor office tenant on the 24th floor (#2400) of this existing commercial building. Scope of work: removal of some millwork and demo/construct to alter layout to select areas for new offices, new double entry door. Electrical, plumbing, sprinklers, HVAC to suit. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable.
