Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 34th floor (unit #3500) interior alterations to provide improvements for an existing multi floor office tenant on the 34th floor (#3500) of this existing commercial building on this site. Scope of work: remove two glass panels, millwork, flooring & install new partition to divide space into two offices. Ceiling, electrical and sprinkler work to suit. TENANT: Wheaton Precious Metals Corp Building Sprinklered – Separate sprinkler permit required for proposed sprinkler work. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
