Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to the existing fitness center on the main floor of this building, and to validate the expansion of the fitness centre into the adjacent unit (747 and 751 Gore to be combined, retaining 747 Gore) and the change of occupancy from group E to group A2. Scope of work to add an office, staff room, add 18' wall, sink, dishwasher, fridge and washer & dryer and related plumbing, electrical work. NOTE: MAXIMUM OCCUPANT LOAD = 50 PERSONS As per the operational letter submitted from Jordy Shumay, dated February 4th, 2021 and 2019 VBBL sentence 3.1.17.1.(2), a permanent sign indicating the maximum occupant load of 50 persons shall be posted in a conspicuous location.
