Certified Professional Program - Addition / Alteration - #201 - 2nd floor This is a first tenant interior fit-out project in base building shell space. The tenant (Bank of Montreal) will utilize this floor for corporate office space, including reception, private offices, meeting rooms, lunchroom, print/copy area, filing/storage and other supporting areas. Scope of work includes new interior partitions & furniture, new lighting, HVAC & plumbing and fire protection systems inside BMO suite, base building Common Area washrooms and Janitor Room. Additional wall paneling finishes will be installed at Elevator Lobby. No exterior or building envelope scope to this project. Stage 1 - Full Construction First TI issued on Oct. 16, 2025.
